Want to know where your order is? We make it simple.
Option 1 — WhatsApp us (fastest)
Send your order number to 0719 261277 on WhatsApp and we will give you a live update on dispatch and delivery.
Option 2 — Your account
If you created an account at checkout, log in and open My Orders to see the status of every order (Processing, Dispatched, or Delivered).
Option 3 — Email
Email info@tooltopiastore.co.ke with your order number and we will respond with your current status.
What the statuses mean
- Processing — We have received your order and are preparing it for dispatch.
- Dispatched — Your order has left our store and is on the way. Nairobi deliveries are usually same or next day; upcountry is 1–5 business days.
- Delivered — Your order has been handed over. Please inspect it on delivery and report any issue immediately.
Deliveries outside Nairobi are sent via trusted couriers and matatu/parcel services depending on your location. We will always confirm the delivery method with you.
