Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product we sell is genuine and sourced from authorised distributors. We do not sell counterfeit or fake tools. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it is honoured.
How do I place an order?
You can order directly on the website by adding items to your cart and checking out, or you can order on WhatsApp at 0719 261277. Tap the “Order on WhatsApp” button on any product and the details are filled in for you.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide across Kenya — Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, Nyeri and every county. Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi for orders placed early in the day; upcountry delivery takes 1–5 business days.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free within Nairobi on qualifying orders. Charges for other areas depend on the size, weight and destination of your order and are confirmed before dispatch. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-PESA, Airtel Money, Visa and Mastercard cards, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (selected areas). See our Payment Methods page for the full list.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within the return window described in our Return & Refund Policy. Faulty or damaged items are covered too — contact us immediately on delivery.
Do the products come with a warranty?
Many products carry a manufacturer warranty. The warranty period and terms depend on the brand and product and are set out on our Warranty Policy page.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or business orders?
