Are your products genuine?
We source products through established suppliers and distributors. Product brand, model and specification information is provided where available. If a manufacturer warranty applies, the applicable warranty information is stated on the product page or provided with the product.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver countrywide, typically within 1-5 business days everywhere in Kenya. Nairobi orders placed during business hours may arrive sooner, sometimes same or next business day. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take a little longer.
How much is delivery?

What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa, Bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery.
Do your products have a warranty?
Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Where a manufacturer or supplier warranty applies, the applicable period and terms will be provided on the product page, quotation or accompanying documentation. Products without a stated warranty should not be assumed to have one. Keep your receipt in case you need to make a claim.
What is your returns policy?
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Do you help with installation?
For equipment like solar systems, water pumps and welding machines, we advise on correct installation and safe use. Ask our team when ordering.
